Distance Contract

This agreement is between the owner of the internet marketing site www.tlcandles.eu, SIA TL Candles, alone. registration No.40203152258, registered on June 26, 2018, registered address: Maijrožu 1, Garkalnes novads, LV-2137, (hereinafter – the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase at www.tlcandles.eu.

The distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on www.tlcandles.eu. The Buyer orders, buys and pays, but the Seller supplies and sells candles, soap, perfume wax (the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Agreement”).

The Buyer orders the Goods by filling out the appropriate order form on the Seller’s website at tlcandles.eu When placing the order, the Buyer undertakes to provide the exact information, ie name, delivery address and his contact information and by clicking on the “Order” field. The Buyer undertakes to notify the Seller of any changes not later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by writing to info@tlcandles.eu. The Buyer is responsible for the correct presentation of the data, otherwise delivery of the Product is not guaranteed. Ordering the Product shall be considered as an offer by the Buyer to the Seller to enter into this Distance Contract for the delivery of the ordered Product and the Buyer’s consent to purchase the ordered Product at the indicated price. Personal data relating to the delivery of the goods shall not be transferred to a third party. The

Seller shall deliver the Goods to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the delivery tariffs. The Buyer shall pay the shipping costs and the Goods together before receiving the confirmation and delivery of the Goods from the Seller. Delivery cost is included in the invoice.

The Buyer may place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller shall place the orders: within one day of receiving the order. The Seller shall send the Buyer confirmation of the acceptance of the order by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation email, the order will not be accepted. Order picking begins when the money is credited to Seller’s account.

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order to avoid disputes, the Buyer must ensure at the time of receipt of the Goods that they are in accordance with the order (color, trade name and other relevant parameters).

In the event that the Goods are incomplete, the Buyer is entitled to exchange the Product within 14 (fourteen) days using the return code and completing the return form attached to the order. Shipping costs in the above case shall be borne by the Seller.

If Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be considered:

The Product to be returned must not be used (taking into account the specifics of the Product). If the condition of the returned Product has deteriorated and it has been stored incorrectly, the Buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The Buyer is obliged to preserve and not damage the original packaging of the Product.

If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must contact the Seller by email at info@tlcandles.eu. The Buyer shall receive from the Seller a rejection form, which shall be completed and sent to the Seller by the e-mail mentioned above.

The average delivery time is 2 (two) to 6 (six) business days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Product within 2 (two) calendar weeks as delivery times may vary depending on Seller’s specific terms and conditions and availability of the Product in stock.

Payment for the Product shall be made by the Buyer through the online shop www.tlcandles.eu by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by transfer to SIA TL Candles account number indicated on the prepaid invoice. All delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer acknowledges that he has read the terms of this Agreement and agrees to abide by and comply with them.

The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time.
